- Overt technologies

High-security paper label comprises of high density raw material and gloss paper with smooth surface for printing wherein optical & most sophisticated security features can be combined with printing and pattern holography which makes these labels highly secured.
With our technological advancement and methodologies, we have especially designed these labels by utilising technologies such as inkJet numbering, thermochromic inks and Ph reactive ink for improving their visual appeal and functionality. In-Mould Label
All other types of labels are applied on the substrate but this label is applied within the manufacturing process of the substrate.
Here, the labels are fixed in place through application of vacuum or static electricity charge and then injected with plastic material Heat and pressure are applied to melt the substrate film, which is precisely adjusted to the plastic material with the melt introduced to form the final product in the filling and holding cycles.
In-mould label which can be made from paper or plastic, is used during the production process of containers by blow moulding, inJection molding or thermoforming processes.
